Grievance Officer
Complaints under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2021 or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 can be sent to the OpenShadi Grievance Officer at openshadiofficial@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
