OpenShadi is a matrimony service for Indian families, on the web at openshadi.com and in the OpenShadi app. We believe a good match is not found in a list — it is built, through honest profiles, respectful conversations and families getting to know each other. OpenShadi is designed around that idea.
How it works
- Create your profile — sign in with your mobile number and a WhatsApp code, then add your details, photos, family and what you are looking for.
- Find matches — browse profiles of the opposite gender that fit your preferences, each with a love score that explains why you may get along, and kundli matching when both of you add birth details.
- Send a request — when you like a profile, send a request, or a super like with a short personal message.
- Chat when they accept — a conversation opens only when both sides have said yes. Then talk, call from the app, involve your families and take your time.
